- Hatha Yoga: This principle has the most poses and variations, and is fairly common. All round wellness can be achieved through regular performance of Hatha Yoga.
- Power Yoga: Just as the name implies, this is all about strength and flexibility, with some of the most difficult poses and movements.

Meditation is any ritual in which you clear the mind of all though, and focus purely on enhancing the natural capacity of the mind for positive thoughts and positive actions. Used most frequently to introduce clarity into the mental realm, and to increase the power of the mind as a whole, meditation is very beneficial if you want to achieve an inner peace that will improve upon various aspects of your life.
